YouFibre broadband deals

YouFibre is a full fibre provider that runs on its own network rather than renting space on the Openreach network, which most large providers do. YouFibre's broadband speeds are symmetrical, meaning the upload matches the download speed, on connections from 150Mb up to 7Gb. The network is built by sister company Netomnia, with YouFibre the retail brand that sells the connections.

Newer and smaller than BT or Sky, YouFibre has still built real scale. It passed 500,000 customers in 2026, across more than 150 towns, on a network that now passes around three million homes and businesses. The catch is availability, the network is still expanding and currently only reaches a fraction of UK homes, so the first step is to check if YouFibre is available in your area

How YouFibre operates sets it apart as much as its speeds. Prices are fixed for the life of the contract, with none of the annual mid contract rises now standard at the bigger providers. Contracts run 12 months rather than the usual 24, and YouFibre will put up to £300 towards the cost of leaving your current provider. For lower incomes, its You 50 social tariff offers 50Mbps at £16.99 a month for customers on qualifying benefits.

YouFibre topped our independent review of 10 broadband providers, but one thing is worth watching, its ownership is changing. In 2026 its parent agreed to be acquired, with the retail brand set to pass to Virgin Media O2. A competition regulator is examining the deal and due to report by December 2026, so nothing has completed and YouFibre trades as normal for now. Whether it keeps that form under new ownership is the open question.
